Bracelets

All our bracelets are designed to be both stylish and easy to wear. They are made of high-quality elastic nylon thread and are 18/18.5 cm, a one-size- fits-most bracelet.

However, if this size does not suit you, please contact us and we will respond to your request.

Please note: measure your wrist circumference with a string or tape measure and add 1.5 to 2 cm to get your ideal size.

Necklaces

Our necklaces are all between 43 and 50 cm in length, known in the jewelry world as "Princess length." This is a popular and versatile size for women that fits all body shapes.

The Sacré Coeur & Coeur rayonnant models also have a 5 cm adjustment chain.

Our decorations are lovingly crafted from unfired clay. This clay dries naturally in the open air. The pieces are then protected with a glossy varnish.

What materials are used for our jewelry?

Our jewelry is primarily made of stainless steel and brass plated with 18k gold.

Maintenance & care of creations

How do I take care of my Maison Embellie decorations?

Our Maison Embellie decorations are crafted from unfired clay and protected with a varnish. To keep them beautiful for a long time, handle them with care and avoid exposing them to moisture.

Can my Maison Embellie jewelry be washed underwater?

To preserve their shine, we recommend avoiding contact with water and chemicals (soaps, perfumes, etc.). When not in use, store them in their case to protect them.

What to do if a product arrives damaged or defective?

Send us a photo along with your order number. We will offer you an exchange or refund depending on the problem. Your satisfaction is our priority.

All shipments include a tracking number .

Return & Exchange

You have 14 days after receipt to return an unworn, unused item in its original packaging.

Custom creations cannot be returned.

Please contact us at contact@maison-embellie.com before any return (at your expense, preferably with tracking).

Reimbursement is made within 7 days after receipt and verification of the package.
